House of Speed Youth Training (Ages 5-8)

Our youth training is for young athletes to develop good habits in running form and athletic movement so they have a base to excel in sports in middle and high school.  Classes are also a fun way to have athletes learn to love sports and work together as teammates.

Aurora Location: Aurora Christian High School (2255 Sullivan Road, Aurora, IL 60506)

If you park by the football field you can enter through door #24, gym will be on your right.
